discernibility

Ability to perceive

Discernibility is the quality of being able to be perceived, distinguished, or recognized.

When something has discernibility, it can be detected or told apart from other things.

The term appears most often in technical and philosophical contexts, where fine distinctions matter: The discernibility of the two signals depends on the sensitivity of your equipment.

In logic and philosophy, discernibility relates to the principle that distinct objects must differ in at least one property.
