disabler
Makes things inoperable
A disabler is a person or thing that disables—that renders something inoperative or removes capability.
In computing, a disabler is a setting or program that turns off a feature: The ad disabler blocked all pop-ups.
Someone who undermines another's confidence or ability might also be called a disabler: His constant criticism made him the chief disabler of her ambitions.
