déclassé

Fallen from grace

Déclassé describes someone or something that has fallen from a higher social position or lost former status and prestige.

A déclassé aristocrat might be living in reduced circumstances, stripped of the wealth or standing their family once enjoyed.

The term can also describe things considered beneath one's station or declassed by association: The restaurant had become rather déclassé.
