cursive letters
Flowing connected script
Cursive letters are characters written in a flowing style where strokes connect within and between letters, allowing the pen to stay on the paper.
The term usually refers to handwriting taught in schools, as opposed to print letters written separately: Kids learn cursive letters in third grade.
Cursive has declined as keyboards replaced handwriting.
