curbside pickup
Parking lot retrieval
Curbside pickup is a retail service where customers order items online or by phone and collect them without leaving their vehicles.
Store employees bring purchases to the parking lot or designated area.
The practice existed before 2020 but became ubiquitous during the COVID-19 pandemic: I ordered groceries for curbside pickup.
