inconsideration

Lack of regard

Inconsideration is lack of thought for others' feelings or circumstances—thoughtlessness or disregard.

The word is formal and uncommon; most speakers prefer the adjective inconsiderate or the noun inconsiderateness: His inconsideration toward the staff was noted by everyone.

It can also mean failure to consider something carefully, though this use is rare.
