Cone head is a mildly insulting term for someone perceived as stupid or odd, evoking the image of a misshapen skull.
The term gained pop culture traction from a 1970s *Saturday Night Live* sketch featuring aliens with elongated cone-shaped heads.
It can also describe the literal pointed head shape some newborns have after passing through the birth canal: The baby's cone head went back to normal after a few days.
