Neighborhood party event
A community celebration is a public event where residents of an area gather to mark an occasion, honor a tradition, or simply enjoy shared festivity.
These range from annual festivals and holiday parades to block parties and cultural heritage events: The town's community celebration drew thousands to the waterfront.
The emphasis is on collective participation rather than private observance.
