comb over
Scalp coverage attempt
A comb over is a hairstyle that attempts to conceal baldness by growing hair long on one side and combing it across the bare scalp.
The style rarely fools anyone and often invites mockery: His comb over flapped in the wind.
Also spelled comb-over or combover.
