cocktail stick
Tiny garnish skewer
A cocktail stick is a small pointed wooden or plastic skewer used to spear olives, cherries, or other garnishes in drinks, or to hold together small appetizers like canapés.
In British usage, it's the standard term for what Americans might call a toothpick when used for food: She stabbed a cube of cheese with a cocktail stick.
