A co-sleeper is a small bed or bassinet designed to attach to an adult bed, allowing an infant to sleep safely within arm's reach of parents.
The term also refers to someone who shares a sleeping space with another person, typically a child who sleeps in a parent's bed: Our toddler is still a co-sleeper.
