casino host
VIP player liaison
A casino host is a customer service representative who cultivates relationships with high-value gamblers.
Hosts arrange complimentary rooms, meals, show tickets, and other perks to keep big spenders returning.
They track players' gambling habits and losses, offering incentives calibrated to expected revenue: My casino host comped the whole trip after I lost twenty grand at blackjack.
