car leasing
Long-term auto rental
Car leasing is a form of vehicle financing where you pay to use a car for a set period—typically two to four years—without owning it.
Monthly payments cover depreciation rather than purchase price, making them lower than loan payments.
At lease end, you return the car or buy it at a predetermined price.
Leases typically restrict mileage and require the car be returned in good condition: We're leasing because we didn't want the commitment of buying.
