caffeine sensitivity
Coffee affects you
Caffeine sensitivity is how strongly a person's body reacts to caffeine.
Someone with high caffeine sensitivity may feel jittery or unable to sleep after a single cup of coffee, while someone with low sensitivity can drink espresso before bed without trouble.
The trait varies widely and tends to increase with age: I've developed more caffeine sensitivity since my forties.
