bust-out
Jailbreak, essentially
A bust-out is a fraud scheme where someone maxes out credit lines with no intention of repaying, or where criminals take over a legitimate business, drain its assets and credit, then abandon it: The mob used the restaurant for a classic bust-out.
As an adjective, bust-out describes something blatant or shameless: a bust-out liar.
In poker, to bust out is to lose all your chips and exit the game.
