body throw
Hip-powered wrestling move
A body throw is a technique in wrestling, judo, and martial arts where you use leverage and momentum to flip or hurl an opponent using your whole body rather than just arm strength.
The attacker typically gets underneath or alongside the opponent, then uses hip rotation or a lifting motion to send them to the ground: He executed a perfect body throw and pinned his opponent.
