A bobsled team is a group of athletes who compete together in bobsled racing, typically two or four people who ride a gravity-powered sled down an icy track.
The team includes a driver who steers and brakeman positions, with members chosen for sprinting speed to push the sled at the start.
The Jamaican bobsled team became famous after the 1988 Olympics.
