billheads
Printed business forms
Billheads are printed letterhead sheets used for invoices and statements, typically featuring a company's name, address, and logo at the top.
The term dates from when businesses kept stocks of preprinted forms for billing customers: The stationer supplied five hundred billheads for the new firm.
Now largely obsolete with digital invoicing.
