belittler
One who demeans
A belittler is someone who makes others feel small or unimportant, typically through dismissive comments, condescension, or minimizing their achievements.
The term carries strong negative connotations—nobody identifies as a belittler; it's always an accusation: Her boss was a chronic belittler who never acknowledged good work.
