Arm soreness is pain or discomfort in the muscles of the arm, typically from overuse, strain, or unaccustomed activity.
Athletes experience it after throwing or lifting; anyone might feel it after moving furniture or getting a vaccination: I had arm soreness for two days after my flu shot.
The condition usually resolves on its own.
