arm fat
Underarm loose skin
Arm fat is the soft, fatty tissue on the upper arms, particularly the area that may sag or jiggle beneath the triceps.
The term appears most often in fitness and body-image contexts, where people seek exercises to reduce or tone it: I've been doing tricep dips to get rid of my arm fat.
Also called bingo wings or bat wings in informal speech.
