Updike

Updike is a surname, most notably associated with John Updike (1932–2009), the American novelist and critic known for literary explorations of middle-class suburban life, sexuality, and Protestant anxiety.

His Rabbit series followed one man through four decades of American change.

The prose had an Updike-like attention to domestic detail.
