"Hail Holy Queen"
Salve Regina is a Latin Catholic hymn and prayer to the Virgin Mary, traditionally sung at the end of Compline (night prayer).
The title means "Hail, Holy Queen" and begins the opening line.
It is one of four Marian antiphons in the Roman Catholic liturgical tradition: The monks chanted the Salve Regina as the service concluded.
