Precious Moments
Teardrop-eyed keepsakes
Precious Moments is a brand of collectible porcelain figurines featuring children and angels with distinctive teardrop-shaped eyes and soft pastel coloring.
The figurines typically depict sentimental scenes—birthdays, weddings, religious milestones—and carry inspirational messages.
Since their 1978 debut, they've become ubiquitous in gift shops and grandmothers' curio cabinets: She has an entire shelf of Precious Moments figurines.
