Paris Peace Conference
Post-WWI diplomatic summit
The Paris Peace Conference was the 1919 meeting of Allied powers following World War I, held to negotiate peace terms with the defeated Central Powers.
It produced the Treaty of Versailles, which imposed harsh conditions on Germany, redrew European borders, and established the League of Nations.
The conference's decisions shaped—and destabilized—the interwar period.
