Fred Rogers, known universally as Mr.
Rogers, was an American television host whose gentle manner on *Mister Rogers' Neighborhood* made him an icon of kindness and childhood education.
His name now serves as shorthand for wholesomeness and patient decency: He's a real Mr. Rogers type.
To compare someone to Mr.
