Mr Bean
Bumbling British bachelor
Mr Bean is a British comedy character created and performed by Rowan Atkinson, a childlike, socially awkward man who rarely speaks and stumbles through everyday situations with disastrous results.
The character appeared in a television series (1990–1995) and films, becoming internationally recognizable.
By extension, calling someone a Mr Bean suggests bumbling incompetence: He's a real Mr Bean when it comes to technology.
