Jewish authors
Writers of Judaism
Writers who are Jewish by ethnicity, religion, or cultural background.
The phrase appears in literary discussions, course titles, and bookstore sections to group authors whose work may engage with Jewish identity, history, or experience—though many writers so categorized resist the label as reductive: Is Kafka best understood as a Jewish author or simply an author who happened to be Jewish?
