Indecent Proposal
Scandalous transactional suggestion
A proposal that violates standards of propriety or decency—typically one involving sex or money in ways considered improper.
The phrase gained currency from the 1993 film in which a billionaire offers a married couple a million dollars for one night with the wife.
Now used broadly for any offer that tempts someone to cross ethical lines: He made me an indecent proposal I couldn't refuse.
