Horse-face is a cruel insult describing someone whose face is long and narrow, with prominent teeth or a protruding jaw, supposedly resembling a horse's head.

The term is almost always used disparagingly, typically directed at women.

The tabloids cruelly called her horse-face after the awards ceremony.

Like most appearance-based insults, it says more about the speaker's meanness than the target's actual looks.
