G5
Executive aircraft model
G5 refers to the Group of Five—a shifting designation for collections of five nations in various contexts.
Most commonly it names five major emerging economies (Brazil, China, India, Mexico, South Africa) distinguished from the older G7 industrialized nations.
In other contexts, G5 may designate different groupings of five countries united by geography or policy interests.
The term also appears as a product designation, notably for Apple's PowerPC G5 processor.
