Father Frost

Slavic winter gift-giver

Father Frost is the Slavic equivalent of Santa Claus, a winter figure who brings gifts to children in Russian and Eastern European tradition.

Unlike Santa, he typically wears blue robes and travels with his granddaughter, the Snow Maiden.

The character appears in folk tales and Soviet-era celebrations as Ded Moroz: Father Frost arrived at the New Year's party with presents.
