FOH
Dismissive sound of disgust
FOH is an initialism with two main uses.
In theater and live events, it stands for front of house—the areas accessible to the audience, or the staff and equipment managing sound and lighting from the audience's perspective: The FOH engineer adjusted the mix.
In restaurants, FOH refers to front-of-house staff who interact with customers—servers, hosts, bartenders—as opposed to back-of-house kitchen staff.
Separately, foh is internet slang expressing dismissal or disbelief, a spelling of the dismissive sound "pfft" or a clipped fuck outta here: Foh with that nonsense.
