Eric Cartman
Eric Cartman is a fictional character from the animated television series *South Park*, known for being manipulative, bigoted, and sociopathically selfish.
The name has become shorthand for a certain type of obnoxious behavior—petty cruelty dressed up as provocative humor: He's being such a Cartman about it.
His catchphrase "Respect my authoritah!" parodies childish demands for power.
