Brian Williams
Brian Williams is an American television journalist who served as anchor of NBC Nightly News from 2004 to 2015.
He was suspended and later reassigned after admitting to false claims about being aboard a helicopter hit by enemy fire in Iraq—a scandal that made his name shorthand for embellished storytelling or misremembered personal narratives.
