A-Sides
Featured record tracks
A-sides are the featured tracks on vinyl singles—the songs record labels promoted for radio play, placed on the "A" side of the record.
The B-side held secondary material.
Though physical singles have faded, A-side persists as shorthand for an artist's primary or most commercial work: The album is all A-sides, no filler.
