Barely visible video
240p is a low video resolution of 320×240 pixels, once standard for early internet video and mobile devices.
The "p" stands for progressive scan.
Now considered unwatchably poor quality, 240p appears mainly when bandwidth is severely limited or as a deliberate aesthetic choice evoking early YouTube: The only option was 240p and I could barely tell what was happening.
