worts
Malt-infused liquors
Worts is the plural of wort, an old word for plant or herb that survives mainly in compound names: liverwort, mugwort, St. John's wort.
In brewing, wort (usually singular) is the sweet liquid extracted from mashing grain before fermentation turns it into beer: The brewer checked the temperature of the wort.
