untrack
Stop following something
To untrack is to stop monitoring or following something.
In version control systems like Git, untracking a file removes it from the list of files the system watches for changes: I untracked the config file so my local settings won't get committed.
The term extends to any software that monitors items—you might untrack a package, a stock, or a fitness goal.
