unrenewable
Cannot be replenished
Unrenewable describes resources or contracts that cannot be renewed or replenished once exhausted or expired.
Most often applied to natural resources like fossil fuels: Coal and oil are unrenewable energy sources.
A lease or subscription may also be unrenewable if its terms prohibit extension.
The more common form is nonrenewable.
