unhealable
Beyond all repair
Unhealable describes a wound, injury, or condition that cannot be healed or restored to health.
The word applies both literally to physical damage that won't mend and figuratively to emotional or relational ruptures beyond repair: The betrayal left an unhealable rift between them.
Some scars are unhealable—you just learn to live with them.
