Post-ovulation uncertainty period
The two week wait is the anxious period between ovulation (or embryo transfer in IVF) and when a pregnancy test can reliably detect results.
Common in fertility communities, the term captures the emotional limbo of hoping to conceive while waiting for confirmation: I'm in my two week wait and trying not to obsess over every symptom.
