tweedledee
Mirror image sibling
Tweedledee refers to one of two things so alike as to be virtually indistinguishable, usually paired with tweedledum: The candidates are tweedledee and tweedledum on economic policy.
The names come from Lewis Carroll's *Through the Looking-Glass*, where Tweedledee and Tweedledum are identical twins.
The pairing suggests a distinction without a meaningful difference.
