Turduckens is the plural of turducken, a dish in which a deboned chicken is stuffed inside a deboned duck, which is then stuffed inside a deboned turkey.
The elaborate preparation has become associated with American Thanksgiving excess and culinary spectacle: We're doing turduckens this year for both sides of the family.
