treat yourself
Enjoy something special
Treat yourself is an exhortation to indulge in something pleasurable, usually a purchase or experience you might otherwise deny yourself: Go ahead, treat yourself to the expensive wine.
The phrase often justifies small luxuries or self-care: I've had a hard week—I'm going to treat myself.
It can be ironic when the "treat" is excessive or frivolous.
