tea varieties
Different brewed options
Tea varieties divide into categories based on processing method: white, green, oolong, black, and pu-erh, all from the same plant but oxidized differently.
Within each category, specific varieties reflect terroir, harvest timing, and tradition: Darjeeling is sometimes called the champagne of teas.
Herbal infusions like chamomile or rooibos are technically tisanes, not true teas, though commonly called tea varieties.
