Liquid freight wagons
Tanker cars are railroad cars designed to transport liquids or gases in cylindrical tanks mounted on flatcar frames.
They carry crude oil, chemicals, liquefied natural gas, milk, and other bulk liquids.
The distinctive horizontal cylinders are a common sight on freight trains: A derailment sent several tanker cars into the river.
