swivel hips
Twisting waist movement
Swivel hips describes a way of walking or dancing with pronounced lateral movement of the hips, rotating smoothly side to side.
The term often carries sexual connotations, suggesting seductiveness or sensuality: She walked in with those swivel hips and every head turned.
As a noun, it can be a nickname for someone who moves this way, especially dancers or athletes with elusive footwork.
