Pool team event
A swim relay is a swimming race in which teams of swimmers take turns completing portions of the total distance.
Each swimmer dives in as the previous teammate touches the wall.
Standard relays feature four swimmers per team, with events like the 4×100 meter freestyle or medley relay, where each swimmer uses a different stroke: Our team won the medley relay at state.
