storm bringer
One summoning gales
A storm bringer is someone or something that causes turmoil, conflict, or disruption.
The term draws on the literal image of one who brings violent weather, but almost always applies figuratively to people who create chaos or controversy wherever they go: He was a storm bringer in every relationship he entered.
In fantasy and mythology, a storm bringer may be a deity or figure with actual power over weather.
